Molded fittings
Cast fittings for water and gas from Polimer Group Asia
Polimer Group Asia manufactures and supplies cast fittings for polyethylene pipelines with diameters ranging from 16 to 1000 mm. Our products are used in drinking and technical water supply systems, as well as in gas distribution networks.
What are cast fittings?
Cast fittings are durable connecting parts manufactured by injection molding from virgin PE100 polyethylene. They provide a reliable and tight connection between pipes, are resistant to corrosion, and are designed for a service life of more than 50 years.
The main types of cast fittings:
Elbow — changes the direction of the pipeline at an angle of 45° or 90°.
Reducer — connects pipes of different diameters.
Adapter — transitions from a polyethylene pipe to a metal thread or flange.
Tee — branches or combines flows in a pipeline.
Application:
Cold and drinking water supply systems.
Low and medium pressure gas pipelines.
Industrial pipelines for chemically resistant liquids.
Connection method (soldering):
Butt welding — heating the ends of the pipe and fitting, followed by connection under pressure.
Electric welding — for some adapters and transitions using electric socket heaters.
Advantages of Polimer Group Asia cast fittings:
Size range — from 16 to 1000 mm.
High strength and tightness of connections.
Resistance to aggressive environments and corrosion.
